  I just finished up this doodle that I started at school today. Recently I have some ideas about doing a short animation on cooking subject. This drawing may effected by this random thought. lol!!

BTW, the instrument drawing will continue.

Random Sketch on Saturday

 

  Instead of doing instrument drawing I did some random stuff today. 

  The first drawing is based on some ancient Chinese statues. I noticed there are lots of interesting elements in those statues that can be used in my future drawings.

  The earlier concept of the second drawing was a rabbit but I ends up drawing this guy with socks.  lol

Day 3_Maracas

 

      I forgot to upload this yesterday.  Aw.. I should totally get  myself a scanner. 

Today's topic is Maracas.

       I really like to play maracas because of its special sound. In China, maracas are really popular in Karaoke. People like to shake it while someone is singing.

Day2_Accordion

Today's Topic: Accordion

  I remember I used to have a accordion when I was little. That accordion was green and was belong to my cousin. Well, when she grew up she gave all the toys to me. I was so happy back that time because I can finally have that accordion even though I don't know how to play it...

  I always pretend I knew how to play the accordion and singing some weried song that I don't even know...

  I should totally held a concert when I was little!! Just kidding

  I did this quick sketch for 2 minutes. It's hard to tell what's going on after I finish the rough-rough sketch. One of my friends said, 'I really like this monster!'   lol

  Anyway, I cleaned this up after I came back and throw some color on it in Photoshop.

Day 1_Drum

I did this drum one this morning. It's the first drawing of my instrument series.
This drawing is straight from sketch, there doesn't have too much PS works on it. I wish I can redo the outline if I have more time...

launching new project!!!

I plan to do a series drawing of different elements. I had this idea for a long time but I couldn't really start to do it. Well, finally I decide to start this huge project today.

This project will be like a journal to me. The first series that I gonna do is Instrument. Different instrument will be used as the main subject of each drawing. Let's see how many I can draw till the end of this month.

It's food time~~

I like to take photos of the food that I made because they all looks good!!!!  I won't say I'm a great chef, but...........I'm a good cook for sure.

For those of people who never taste my home made food before. You better come and enjoy it next time. Ahhahahah.....

Ah... I was going to work on my animation but it's really hard for me to concentrate on my thesis. My body doesn't feel so good. In the end, I just did some sketches for fun.

I don't really remember how do I start to draw this boy, hummmmm... But I pretty like this watercolor feeling.
